Notifications:

• New SubTypeQualifier values have been added for incident type 03 (Emergency Medical Treatment due to Injury or Medication Error) and incident type 04 (Hospitalization due to Injury or Medication Error). These qualifier fields are currently optional, but will soon be required. Please review the Reporting Requirements and the Code List documentation for further information.
• When submitting a test file (a submission with RunType="T"), attempting to view the submission or response files will cause an error. This is a known issue.
